**Please read Before Registering for Fall 2022 Season**

Welcome to the Fall 2022 Baseball and Softball Season! Please read the following updates to be fully informed before registering.

-Registration is open from June 17, 2022 until 5pm on August 1, 2022, or until all spots are filled. After August 1, 2022, late registration will only be allowed if there is room in a certain division, and late registrants will incur a $25 fee at time of payment.

-Pricing is as follows: Smart Start and Tball = $105; 8U Baseball and Softball = $140; 10U Baseball and Softball = $160; 12U Softball = $160; 12U Baseball = $165; 14U Softball = $165; 16U and 18U Softball = $195. These prices include the full uniform for the player.

-Your child's baseball division is determined by their age on April 30, 2022.  Ex. If your child will be 9 years old on April 30, 2022, they will play in the 10 and under (10U) division.

-ALL TEAMS IN ALL DIVISIONS WILL BE LIMITED IN THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS WE CAN ACCEPT. If you wait until the August 1 deadline to signup, you are not guaranteed a spot.  Signup ASAP to reserve your spot.  

-Smart Start and Tball will be limited to 12 teams this year, so once 12 players are signed up for Smart Start, and 120 players are signed up for tball players, registration will close, regardless of date.  It is our intention to have Smart Start teams.  However if we are unable to find enough volunteer coaches, or we have a lack of signups in the division, we will mix the Smart Start players into the Tball division.

-FIAA is an organization ran entirely by volunteers. All board members, coaches, and volunteers give their time to make this association a success. Parents are asked to help out by working with your team to fill concession assignments at our parks. Each team is assigned 3-4 concession dates during the season that must be manned by parent volunteers. An opt out fee of $75 paid at registration is available for those so inclined. If you pay the opt out fee, you will not need to work concession duty during the season. If your team fails to fill their allotted concession duties, penalties include forfeiture of games.

-As such, we also ask that our parents, coaches and volunteers fully participate in our fundraising events. Fundraising is necessary in any youth sports organization to keep the costs low for our families.

-Smart Start, Tball and Softball will be played at Neptune Park (2060 Thunderbolt Rd., Fleming Island 32003) while the rest of baseball will play at Paul C. Armstrong Park (2445 CR 220, Middleburg, FL 32068).
